Submit your manuscript on a computer disk and hard copy. It must be on 8.5 x 11 paper, double spaced with 1” margins on all sides. Pages should be numbered consecutively. Pages that are illustrated should be marked accordingly. The title page, preface, acknowledgements, and table of contents are called “front matter” and should be submitted with the manuscript along with the back matter, the index, endnotes, and bibliography. Label all disk with the title of the book, your name, and the program that was used.
